Each session is reserved exclusively for you, so if you arrive late, the session will still conclude at the originally scheduled time to remain respectful of all clients’ appointments.

As a courtesy, EIP is happy to reschedule once if needed. Should you need to cancel your appointment, please note that all payments are non-refundable.

Your retainer will be considered your cancellation fee.
